My name is Annette, and as a qualified Body Control Pilates mat work teacher, I help my clients transform their bodies into fitter, healthier versions of themselves.

A bit about me...

I first fell in love with Pilates over 20 years ago whilst working as a Human Resources professional in the city of London.

Working on the board of a Senior Management team, I suffered with years of low back pain due to office work. Subsequently, I had health difficulties following the birth of my son.

I found Pilates enabled me to strengthen and realign my body, allowing me to become more flexible, active, and pain free

Since then, my experience has motivated me to make a total career change, as my love for Pilates led me to become a fully qualified Body Control Pilates mat work teacher - originally in Plymouth, and now here in Ashford.

What my Pilates classes can do for you

I believe that emotional heath is very closely linked to physical well-being. By teaching you to use controlled movements that stretch, strengthen and align the body, I would love to help you:

My Mat Work Classes

Classes are mixed ability and therefore suitable for beginners to intermediates. They're developed for clients paying on a block basis (usually between 4-7 weeks depending on term length), and must be pre-booked.

For the purpose of safety and quality, my classes hold between 6-12 clients, and I don’t offer drop-in classes.

You are very welcome to give me a call for an informal chat before making a commitment.

Pricing

For Group Classes:

Sessions are paid for in advance by the block in order to secure a place, and work out at £13.00 per hourly session (for example, a block of 4 sessions would be £52.00).

For 1-2-1 Sessions:

The cost per one-hour session is £55.00, which is paid upon booking.
